After starting our Digital Marketing Strategy with Digital Eagles, our company has grown rapidly. Ryan and Joyti first consulted with us and gained an understanding about our business and our goals. We were provided a unique strategy which resulted in 90% in business. It didn't stop there. Their commitment and loyalty was observed when after a month of advertising, we were forced to go into Lockdown for 2 months in Victoria. Digital Eagles were understanding and stopped our advertising immediately as per our request. As victoria started to re open we reached out and re-started the advertising strategy. Aaron (new strategic account manager) and Ryan discussed our new strategies. We were astounded with the 2nd months results. Increase of business by 312%. These are factual numbers documented by my company and not Digital Eagles.This review has been kept short as I am too busy with the business growth. (Thanks Digital Eagles)Currently we are in the process of hiring multiple staff to support the rapid growth in the business. This is all due to our partnership with the strategic team @ Digital Eagles.When choosing a Digital marketing company, biggest challenge companies come across is a lot of false promises from the sales people. Do not be fooled by these false promises. Just Speak with Aaron & Ryan @ Digital eagles. They will get the job done within your budget.I can't thank Digital eagles enough for helping my business grow.Thankyou again Digital Eagles Team.

I am very sorry to have to write this review. I am a big believer in small business and how important good reviews are. I have never had to give a negative review before but unfortunately i felt it was necessary as i have tried to amicably to resolve my issue with this company for 6 months. I had enlisted Digital Eagles to look after our business facebook page. Unfortunately beyond their control and ours they were unable to assist with Facebook. So they then offered to run Google Ad words. I had no idea how to use Google AdWords, innocently finding an existing account (not sure who set it up - was not me). I followed the Google prompts and reactivated an old account and gave them access. Fast forward 3 weeks and some old ads that i never created were running without my knowledge and costing me hundreds of dollars. I only found out and Google sent me an email. I immediately contacted Ryan and he and his team (despite being in charge of managing my account) were not aware either that these ads were running. After this was brought to their attention they advised they could not help me with my adwords campaign and offered to cancel our partnership. Ryan did promise to help sort out the Google charges but he stopped responding immediately after promising this. It has been 6 months and still no response. Now after speaking with his business partner Dan today allowing another chance for them to assist he advised its my problem, even though they were in charge of managing the account and he advised i need to sort it out with Google. To say i am disappointed understates the issue. This has been beyond stressful and unfortunately i can not recommend this company as it goes against everything i stand for in customer service and what is morally right. They never even offered to cover any part of the cost of the incorrect Google ads and basically said it was my issue - so end of story. I am not sure how many chances you need to give a business before deciding you can't recommend them?

Digital Eagles have been absolutely amazing to work with to help us re-design our website and develop and incorporate it with an online shop. From the start Dan responded so quickly and professionally and then Joyti and Jaline were so great to work with throughout the whole process. They were always willing to answer any questions we had and help us out to change and fix things.
